The Origin Story
In every enterprise war room we've stood in — at 3 a.m., with systems flickering and teams under pressure — one truth kept surfacing: technology alone doesn't fail; the gaps between people, process, and ownership do.
For years, we helped some of the world's largest companies recover from those gaps. We built, we stabilised, and we learned what 'better' really means.
